Venora Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn, unused, and with original tags

  • Packaged in its original box or packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@venora-shop.com to initiate a return.
We’ll send you a link to our return portal where you can easily:

  • Download your free return shipping label

  • Follow the steps to send your item back

Please note: Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Free Returns

We’ve got you covered — return shipping is completely free.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately.
We’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards and sale items

Looking for a different item?
The best way is to place a new order and return the original. Once your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to an EU country, you’re entitled to a 14-day cancellation period, no questions asked.
Items must still meet our standard return conditions (unused, with tags, original packaging, etc.).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the result:

  • Approved? Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing delays? Banks or credit card providers may take additional time to complete the transaction
