3. Placing an Order and Payment

By completing an online order, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the price on our website.

Payment must be made at the time of submitting the online order. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, EFTPOS, UnionPay, JCB, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay or PayPal only. You warrant that you are an authorised user of the credit card, Shop Pay account, Google Pay account or PayPal account used to complete payment.

All online orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Ance Gria. We will email you with confirmation of the receipt of your online order. Ance Gria may reject your online order for any reason and refund any payment made by you, at any time prior to dispatch.Dispatch times may vary depending on availability of items and any delivery time guarantees made. Dispatch times are subject to service from our third-party freight company, and we will not be responsible for any delays.

We may contact you to verify your personal details before dispatching your order. By providing your payment details, you authorise us to take full payment for your chosen goods, at the price displayed on this website at the time that you place your order, or at such other price as we communicate to you before dispatching your order.

No orders will be dispatched until payment has been received in full. All transactions on this website are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). Customers purchasing from countries outside Australia will have their currency automatically converted to Australian Dollars when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee, contact your bank or credit provider for details.

4.Eligibility to Purchase

Our website is available only to individuals and others who have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, who meet the terms of eligibility as accepted by Ance Gria.

Ance Gria products are sold exclusively for personal use and are not permitted to be used for commercial purposes of any nature. Ance Gria reserves the right to refuse a sale and/or refund the customer before shipment if there is suspicion of the goods being used for commercial gain. Furthermore, Ance Gria reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

Please note that items purchased for rental or other commercial purposes will not be eligible for return, exchange, or credit note, and such usage will void any warranty.

5.Delivery and Return Policy

All sales are subject to our Returns Policy.

Returns must be requested within seven (7) days of receiving your item and returned to us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order (thirty (30) days for our international customers).

To request a return, email us at info@venora-shop.comwith the following information:

·The product you wish to return;

·Reason for return;

·If you would like a credit note or size exchange; and

·Address for return delivery (if applicable).

Please allow up to three (3) to five (5) business days for your return to be processed.

The following additional terms and conditions apply to returns:·

·Full price items can be returned for a credit note or size exchange.

·All discounted styles marked as "sale" on the product page or discounted during a flash/promotional sale with a code or automatic discount can be returned for a credit note or size exchange only.

·Final sale items are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Styles marked as "Final Sale“ on the product page are eligible for size exchange only, pending size availability. If your desired size is not available to exchange, you cannot return the item for store credit or refund.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

It is your responsibility to bear any costs in returning the order. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. If a return to Ance Gria is not delivered, it is your responsibility to bear any costs which arise as a result of the lost package, therefore, it is essential that all returns are sent back to Ance Gria via registered post with tracking facilities.

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country (Import Fees). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country and we are unable to control these costs or predict their amount. If you refuse a shipment from Ance Gria, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Ance Gria.

If your return does not comply with these Terms and Conditions your item(s) will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.

6.Faulty Policy

We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If youhave received a product with a manufacturing fault, please email us atinfo@venora-shop.comwithin seven (7) days of receiving your order and we will endeavour to contact you within 72 hours. Please provide our team with images of the damage, defect or fault for a preliminary assessment.

If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will replace the product or refund the price of the product to your original payment method at your request. If the product is found not to have a defect, we will ship the product back to you.

It does not constitute a defect, if in our reasonable opinion, the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse or failure to use in accordance with care for instructions.

7.Store Credit

Store credits are applied to the account registered with the same email address used to place your order. Store credits cannot be transferred to other accounts. Store credit is valid for one (1) year. Any balance that remains after the one (1) year will not be available for use. Store credit does not accrue interest nor can it be redeemed or refunded for cash. If an order made using store credit is cancelled or returned, the portion of the purchase attributable to the store credit will be restored to your account only.

8.Promotional Codes

Ance Gria occasionally has special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided during the checkout process and hit the "apply" button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically.

Please note, only one promotional code may be used per transaction. Unless otherwise specified each promotional code may only be used once per customer.

9.Welcome Codes

Ance Gria offers a welcome AUD$30.00 off code on first purchases when signing up to our newsletter and joining Ance Gria. To redeem the discount, apply the code at checkout. The discount is valid on full price Ance Gria products only. Discount is valid for 20 days from signing up.

By consenting to ancegria’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of ancegria through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
