All orders are shipped from our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse in the china, with final delivery handled by trusted local carrier partners in your country.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Failed Deliveries / Returned Packages

If your package is returned due to an invalid address or failure to collect it, we’ll reach out to arrange a redelivery. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.
